Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, holidays, or due to operational reasons.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Due to the nature of our logistics and fulfillment process, shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier delays
  • External factors beyond our control

3. SHIPPING MODEL DISCLOSURE

We operate using a global fulfillment and logistics network, which means:

  • Products may be shipped from international warehouses
  • Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers
  • Items may arrive in separate packages

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this fulfillment model.


4. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Shipping carriers
  • International logistics disruptions
  • Weather conditions or force majeure events

Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.


5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once the order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be provided (when available)
  • Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the system

We are not responsible for inaccuracies or delays in tracking information provided by carriers.


6. INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts

Reshipping may require additional payment.


7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Lost due to incorrect address input

In such cases, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.


8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period:

  • Orders may already be processed or shipped
  • Cancellation requests may be denied

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Shipping Policy and understands that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
